The First Deputy Director of the Ukrainian National Intellectual Property Office (UKRNOIPI), Bohdan Paduchak, declared over 2 million hryvnias in annual salary, significant cash savings, and a property complex in the village of Cherche, Ivano-Frankivsk region, which is used by his family.
According to the declaration, in 2024, Bohdan Paduchak received 2.13 million hryvnias in salary, which is an average of about 177 thousand hryvnias per month. His wife Oleksandra Paduchak declared 482 thousand hryvnias in income, as well as 906 thousand hryvnias received from entrepreneurial activities.
The savings section states that the official's wife keeps 400,000 hryvnias and 15,000 US dollars in cash. Bohdan Paduchak himself declared 10,000 euros in cash.
The couple owns a 2019 Toyota RAV-4 Hybrid, which was purchased in 2019 for 824 thousand hryvnias.
The family's real estate attracts special attention. Bohdan Paduchak is the owner of a 25-hectare land plot in the village of Cherche, Ivano-Frankivsk region, which he has owned since 2010. His wife owns another 9-hectare land plot in Zaporizhia region.
A significant amount of real estate was declared for the couple's daughter, Nadia. She owns an apartment with an area of 88 square meters, a boiler room with an area of 83 square meters, and several utility rooms with a total area of over 140 square meters in the same village of Cherche. These objects were acquired between 2015 and 2017.
In addition, the Paduchak family uses a 98.6 square meter apartment in Kyiv, owned by the official's father, Mykhailo Romanovich Paduchak. The family also uses a 17.9 square meter parking space.
The declaration of the First Deputy Director of UKRNOIVI demonstrates a combination of high incomes of a civil servant, entrepreneurial activity of family members, and a significant amount of real estate concentrated both in the regions and in the capital.
