The Voice Political Party, which is financed from the state budget, has spent more than UAH 6 million to pay for services ordered by a number of public organizations. Half of these funds, namely 3 million hryvnias, was transferred by the NGO "Association for the Protection of Rights of People with Disabilities in Ukraine" - an organization that appears in criminal proceedings to promote the illegal crossing of the border.
According to the investigation, representatives of this NGO could be involved in the forgery of documents and assistance to men of conscript age in escape outside Ukraine. The organization is headed by Jan Gladky, which is also related to a private firm registered with his relative. This firm received another half million hryvnias from the voice for the sublease of the office space.
In addition, four more NGOs, which Voice has transferred funds for "analytical services", have obvious links with the party. Their executives are either current or former parties. The legal addresses of many of them coincide with the offices of regional voice cells. Part of the NGO was created at the same time when the party began to actively spend public funding.
Financial reports are also known that Voice in 2023 transferred more than UAH 36 million to individual entrepreneurs. Some of them are relatives of the party deputies and participants of the election headquarters.
Thus, public funds intended to support political activity were in fact directed in favor of those related to the party and structures, one of which is under investigation through a case of evasion of mobilization.
