Pensioners in Ukraine can independently obtain a certificate of the amount of their pension or pensioner's income in electronic format without visiting a Pension Fund branch. The service is available through the PFU electronic services web portal and allows you to generate an official document in a few steps.
To obtain a certificate, you must log in to your personal account on the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services web portal. You can log in using a qualified electronic signature, bank card, ID.GOV.UA service or Diya.Pydpisu. After logging in, go to the "Communications with the Pension Fund of Ukraine" section and select "Request for receiving electronic documents.".
In the list of available services, you need to select "Pensioner's Income Certificate", then fill out the electronic form. It is imperative to indicate the period for which the certificate is being generated, as well as fill in all fields marked as mandatory. Before sending the request, the applicant consents to the processing of personal data and confirms the application.
The Pension Fund's response with a ready-made electronic certificate appears in the "My Requests" section in your personal account. The fund draws attention to the fact that when submitting a request, it is imperative to indicate a current contact phone number in the format +380XXXXXXXXX, as well as clearly define the required period.
An electronic certificate of pension or pensioner's income can be used to process social payments, submit to social security authorities, confirm income, and provide to banks and other institutions.
