Pentagon recognized the transfer of systems of counteraction to drones from Ukraine to the Middle East

The Pentagon Hegset Pentagon confirmed that the United States had crossed out part of the unrecognition systems from Ukraine to the Middle East. He said this on Fox News.

According to the US Secretary of Defense, the decision was made as part of the prompt response to the threats of US staff in the region.

“I was at Congress hearings all week. And I was asked: "Did you indeed cross the UAV systems from Ukraine to the Middle East?" I replied, "Yes, they were thrown away." We use all available means to protect our people in the region and around the world, ”Hegset said.

The minister stressed that the landscape of modern war is changing rapidly, and even small drones pose a serious threat.

"Is it scaring? Yes, scares. But we have the right people, ”he added.

At the same time, it is not officially clarified what systems have been withdrawn from Ukraine and how it will affect the protection of critical infrastructure in a war with Russia.
