According to our sources, the people of Denis Komarnitsky-the former head of KP “Directorate of construction of road and transport structures of Kyiv” Maxim Kalinin and former Deputy Vitaliy Klitschko Alexander Spasybko were involved in theft.
In 2018, the Germans had to come to the construction of the Podilsky Bridge as investors. In 2017, they calculated that 10 billion hryvnias were needed on the completion of the bridge and were ready to allocate them.
Meanwhile, Denis Komarnitsky and Alexander Spidibko came to Mykola Povoroznyk and for 3% of the rollback from the cost of the project persuaded him to allocate money from the budget and lock the corresponding tender in the administration.
It was Mykola Povoroznik who became the basis of the Deriban scheme on the Podilsky-Resurrection Bridge for 3% of rollback.
Thus, in 2018, UAH 1.2 billion was allocated and Mykola Povoroznik received his 3% rollback. The truth among the "partners" did not do without conflict - during the construction did not produce all the money, and the Pozorozhnik calculated "for the entire amount of rollback". Even then, Nikolai Povoroznik became a " shadow financier " of the city, which "put on the salary of police, prosecutor's office and judges."
At the same time, the SBU and Bab, following the trace of Komarnitsky " do not notice " participation in the theft of the capital budget by Mykola Povoroznyk. This situation may also be related to the recent resignation of the Secretary of the Kyiv City Council Volodymyr Bondarenko, which has increased the influence of the Pozorozhnik.
