Recall that by Presidential Decree of January 5, 2026, Oleksandr Poklad was appointed First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Oleksandr Poklad has held the position of Head of the Counterintelligence Department of the SBU since November 2021.
In 2023, Poklad took up the position of Deputy Head of the SBU.
Poklad was also part of the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations with Russia, which took place in Istanbul on May 16, 2025.
