Oleksiy, the son of the People's Deputy and the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, has been officially recognized as a draft evader. He is subject to military service, but he did not appear for his summons at the appointed time, which became the basis for bringing him to administrative responsibility.
This is what Ukrainian News writes about.
According to the document available to the publication, O. Poroshenko did not appear without good reason at the Pechersk RTCC upon a summons to clarify the data. Now he will be forced to pay UAH 25,500 to the budget.
"To find Mr. Poroshenko Oleksiy Petrovych guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 3 of Article 210 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and to impose an administrative penalty on him in the form of a fine in the amount of 1,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is UAH 25,500," the resolution of the head of the Pechersk CCC and SP in Kyiv states.
"In case of failure to pay the fine within 15 days from the date of delivery of this resolution to the offender, the fine shall be collected forcibly in accordance with Article 308 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in double the amount of UAH 51,000," the document states.
Poroshenko's eldest son, Oleksiy, who left for London at the beginning of the war and never returned to Ukraine, was put on the wanted list for failing to appear at the Central Criminal Investigation Department upon summons. Another son, Mykhailo, is also hiding from the Armed Forces of Ukraine abroad, in London, and has repeatedly been involved in scandals related to his support for Russia.
