The suspect in bribery exudies wanted to go abroad

Former Judge of the Court of Appeal Igor Palenik, who is suspected of bribery, tried to obtain permission to travel abroad. About it reports the newspaper “Judicial Reporter”.

According to Palenik, he planned a trip to Croatia with his granddaughter for healing. In his appeal to the court, Exudiah explained that he allegedly needed treatment in order to avoid accusations of conscious deterioration of his own condition in order to avoid liability.

However, the court did not grant this request, refusing him the right to travel outside Ukraine.

Palenik is one of the person involved in criminal proceedings for obtaining the wrongful benefit for the abolition of the seizure of the property of the joint -stock company "Motor Sich", connected with the expansion of the company Vyacheslav Boguslaev.

The investigation is ongoing, and the Palenik remains in preventive measures in Ukraine.
