Businesses and organizations will re-check against criticality criteria for employee bookings

As part of efforts to ensure the national and efficient functioning of the economy, a system of re-verification of enterprises and organizations that have the right to reserve employees is being introduced in Ukraine.

This process aims to ensure that only those businesses that are truly critical to the country maintain the appropriate preferences during business hours.

The relevant resolution was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers, the Judicial and Legal Gazette reports.

Based on the results of the inspection, the right to make a reservation may be canceled.

Grant organizations, which can book up to 100% of employees, will not be affected.

We will remind that the audit was decided to be carried out by the personal order of the president due to the abuse of enterprises.
