Businessman Maxim Shkilya, Autoustrad, is suspected of a gross violation of environmental legislation. The reason was the publication on social networks of a video, which shows how the concrete mixer is drained from the concrete into the reservoir near the bridge.
The video author made a remark to the driver, but he ignored the criticism and continued the actions that could harm the ecosystem. The public's reaction did not slow down - the video quickly spread the network and caused outrage.
The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office has already responded to the situation. Criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 239 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - pollution or spoilage of land or waste that is harmful to human health or the environment.
