Several insurance companies in Ukraine may be involved in cooperation with sanctioned persons and representatives of the terrorist "authorities" of the self-proclaimed "L/DPR". This is evidenced by the documents that came into the editorial office's possession, and which journalists continue to investigate and check. As of now, according to copies of insurance contracts, as well as received copies of payments made, it can be seen that all agreements with sanctioned persons are financially supported by the same Ukrainian insurance payment platform - IN24. The latter belongs to a person named Oleksandr Pavlovich Korinenko. Previously, he was the head of SC "Guardian".
The editors are taking steps to check these copies and identify the full list of Russians to whom the policies were sold. According to the available data, it appears that some Ukrainian insurance companies work exclusively through IN24, and are also related to the management of the Polish visa center in Lviv - "TLS Contact Ukraine" and the company "Personnel Service".
The former is managed today by Dmytro Orlenko, who used to be an insurance agent himself, and now has informal ties with Polish visa lobbyist Wojciech Mora .
The connection of the companies in the service scheme for sanctioned persons is also indicated by the fact that, except through IN24, the Polish visa center - "TLS Contact Ukraine" did not accept any other insurance payments. After completing the analysis of all available data and documents, as well as verifying their authenticity with the help of law enforcement agencies, the editors will be ready to publish more details of this scandal and the names of Russians who are served by Ukrainian insurers, thus giving them the right to travel abroad to Poland and other European countries
