As a result of massive shelling during the last day, a key energy knot has been destroyed in Kherson. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Ova Alexander Proudin.
According to him, Russian troops kissed artillery and Drone-Kamikadze on critical infrastructure, causing strokes continuously. One of the consequences was a serious blow to the energy supply system, which poses a threat of complete deconciliation in at least some areas of the city.
"This is not only a complex technical task for our energy, but also a real threat to the entire community," Proudin said on Telegram.
Energy teams operate in enhanced mode, trying to stabilize electricity supply promptly. However, due to the scale of damage, forced shutdowns of light are possible in the coming days.
The city has already experienced a difficult winter of 2022–2023 with regular de -adjacent, and now the situation can be repeated.
After the departure of the Russian troops from the Right Bank of the Dnieper Kherson continues to undergo daily shelling. Particularly often the objects of critical infrastructure, energy, logistics, medicine fall under the impact.
Experts emphasize that damage to energy facilities in frontline cities can have long -term consequences, because recovery in conditions of constant threat is complicated.
