Ukrainians are warned of serious cold - already on Sunday, April 28, the country will cover frosts. It will be especially cold in the west, north and in the center. This was reported by the weatherman Natalka Didenko.
According to her, on Friday, April 25, in Ukraine there will still be truly summer weather-the air will warm up to +20 ... +27 degrees. But on Saturday, through the cold front, fresh air will come, which will bring a significant decrease in temperature.
“On Sunday, the air temperature will drop to +10… +17 degrees. At night hours on April 27 and 28, there is a likelihood of freezing on the soil, ”Didenko warned.
There will be up to +22… +24 degrees in Kiev on April 25, but thunderstorms are possible on Friday night. On Saturday, the temperature will drop to +14 degrees. And on the night of the leading Sunday (April 28) in the capital, as well as throughout the country, is expected +2 ... +8 degrees, in the daytime - +9… +14, in the south - up to +18.
Such sharp temperature changes are a serious test for agriculture. Young plants, seedlings and flowering trees are especially vulnerable. Agrarians and summer residents are advised to take all possible measures to protect crops: cover sprouts, shade greenhouses, do not plant thermophilic plants ahead of time.
"This year's return of frosts after a long heat has been a surprise even for experienced forecasters," meteorologists say.
Experts advise to carefully monitor the forecasts, put warmly at night and not risk with early crops.
