People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod stated that the servicemen who served in the provision of the unit (HCP) were sent to the assault teams, regardless of their preparation or desire. According to her, this practice looks like "sending to slaughter" and actually turns demobilized into "penalties".
"People are returning to slaughter, and now you can return with the HCP only in certain parts. They are in the most part - these are assault brigades. I do not understand logic," - said Skorokhod.
The deputy emphasized that no restrictions on units in which the serviceman had the right to return in the law on the return from the HCP had no restrictions on the units in which the serviceman. On the contrary, according to official statements of the authorities after the adoption of the law, it was promised that the return would be possible both in the native unit and in another choice.
However, the real practice was different. According to Skorokhod, the situation resembles a scheme of forced direction to the most dangerous areas of the front - without the choice, preparation and, most importantly, violating the promises of the state.
This is not the first signal of abuse during the rotation of the military. Earlier from different regions, information was received that warriors were transferred to assault, often without proper equipment.
Against this background, the words of the prostate are of additional concern about the transparency of the rotation process and the observance of the rights of the military.
