However, according to the political expert Mykhailo Schneider, during the management of the company Malchyk distinguished himself by two things - the dismissal of UNB lawyers and constant business trips to Prague for 7-10 days. The result of the dismissal of the lawyers was the loss of the State Geological Survey lawsuit, and now the company cannot extract gas for the 4th month, and the state loses 400 million hryvnias in deductions and taxes to the budget every month.
It's even more fun with business trips, because according to Mykhailo Schneider, Oleg Malchyk actually goes to visit his family in Warsaw, and he simply fakes a business trip in order to cross the state border of Ukraine. Moreover, one such "business trip" costs Ukrnaftoburinnia more than 100,000 hryvnias, and their company managers made 4 in October-November, for a total of 509,149 hryvnias.
However, Mr. Malchyk will not stand out against the background of his immediate supervisor, who is lobbying for this appointment, the head of Ukrnafta Serhiy Koretskyi, because the first created his own private business in Ukrnafta, which was registered to the sister of Mr. Serhiy's wife.
