According to the police of the Kiev region, the video was found during social networks monitoring. Law enforcement officers promptly reacted, made information to a single accounting of applications and messages, and started checking.
The incident is currently investigating the Buchan District Police Department. Law enforcement officers identify the persons of the conflict participants and find out all the circumstances of the event. The legal qualification will then be provided in accordance with the current legislation.
