In Kiev at night, the temperature will be from -2 to -4 ° C, and in the afternoon will range from 2 to 4 ° C. However, in the afternoon, wind increases, the direction of which will change to the southeast. Rainfall in the capital is not expected.
In general, this day promises to be quite unpleasant for the West of Ukraine, while in other regions the weather will remain more stable, though frosty.
