The police have identified the participants of the scandalous video with the blocking of traffic in the center of Kyiv

Kyiv law enforcement officers identified all the participants in the incident recorded on the scandalous video, where a group of youths defiantly blocked traffic in the center of the capital. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv police.

In the video, a group of young people, including minors, blocked traffic in the center of the capital, defiantly turned on Russian music and drove past the memorial to fallen soldiers.

According to the information of the law enforcement officers, one of the persons involved had already come to the attention of the police because of similar incidents related to the use of Russian music. The court then sentenced him to probation for one year under Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Juvenile police officers are currently working with minors and their parents. After the verification is completed, each of the six persons involved will receive a legal assessment of their actions.

In particular, they mention Andrii Dragan, who is considered close to the scandalous People's Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko. According to journalist Denys Koshelnyk, Dragan could be involved in money transfer and money laundering schemes.

Also among the participants of the video are the son of the former mayor of the city of Lyman Petro Tsymidan and the son of the current People's Deputy from the banned OPZZ Dmytro Isaenko.
