In the Stavishche community of Belotserkivsky district, law enforcement officers detained a 39-year-old man on suspicion of illegal storage of combat supplies. This was reported in the police of the Kyiv region.
During the sanctioned search, police were found at home from the person in the person in the corps of RGD-5 and F-1, three smoke grenades, UZRGM-2 and UZRGM-7, as well as more than 200 rounds of 5.45 mm caliber. The removed was documented and submitted for examination.
The man was detained in the order of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention center.
He is charged with illegal handling of combat supplies under Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to seven years.
The pre -trial investigation is currently underway.
