Tatiana Sapyan, a state of strategic communications advisor to the State Bureau of Investigation.
There are already 5 suspects in the case of a large -scale torture system in the Bozhkovsky colony. Law enforcement officers learned about the facts through close cooperation with public organizations, but also for the detection of violations, operative investigators carried out extensive work.
Currently, it is a number of articles of the Criminal Code. Here's what Tatiana Sapyan's advisor to DBR said:
It is spooky things, the first suspicions were declared last year, at the end of spring 2024. Today we say that there are already 5 suspects. They are all detained and are in detention centers.
According to the DBR spokeswoman, the spectrum of suspicion has expanded.
After the case is transferred to court, the defendants will be accused of creating a criminal group, tortured and involved in the murders of prisoners, and to the abuse of office. In total, if you summarize the gender of the Criminal Code, is a punishment of about 10 years in prison.
It is established that for the newcomers to the Bozhkovka correctional colony №16 in the Poltava region, inhumane conditions of existence were established.
It was simply an abuse - they threatened before the settlement, forced to pick up the floor, shot it on video. If the newcomers refused, then the prisoners began to be buried, it was filmed on video. The DBR found a huge archive with such spooky videos that were then blackmailed by prisoners and demanded money from their relatives and loved ones.
Facts have now been established. We hope that when the court considers these terrible actions - the punishment will be the harshest, said the State Bureau of Investigation Bureau Advisor.
