The Shevchenkivsky District Court of Poltava chose a measure of restraint for 39-year-old Boris Reutov-the deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the National Police of the region. He was taken into custody, but with the possibility of making a bail of UAH 242 thousand. Reutova is suspected of misappropriation of property and abuse of office.
The investigation found that Reutov, together with the Head of Logistics and Logistics Department, gave their subordinates to working on private construction during working hours. In addition, the work was used for the work, which is on the balance sheet of the SUNP and was purchased for public funds.
The houses were built in the village of Rybka, near Poltava. The pre -trial investigation revealed that on June 23, 2023, the father of the head of logistics management bought a plot of 0.0794 ha. At the same time, Boris Reutov's trusted person purchased a neighboring area for 0.0767 ha. It was this person who previously acted as a guarantor Reutov under the loan agreement.
The proceedings were opened in October last year under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. And Reutov was reported suspicion by another article - Art. 191 of the Criminal Code, which provides for punishment for the waste or appropriation of property through abuse of office.
In addition to Reutov, the suspicion was also presented by his deputy from Lubny. Investigation is currently underway, the investigators have received the court permission for temporary access to the calls of both persons involved in the case.
