Despite the criminal case on the registration of fictitious disability for the sake of avoidance of mobilization, the director of Kyiv KP "Emergency Center" Igor Slonetsky does not show any signs of modesty. His declaration for 2024 is more like a report of a large agroholding than to the documents of a modest state employee. Three apartments, dozens of hectares of land, two new cars, almost a million investments - all during a full -scale war.
Slonetsky filed his declaration in February, still holding the position of Director of Children's Clinical Hospital # 3 in the Solomenskiy district of the capital. At that time, he was already involved in criminal proceedings for counterfeiting documents for disability - according to the investigation, in order to avoid conscription.
Among the real estate objects he registered - three land plots in Chemerivtsi, one of which has an area of 20 thousand square meters. He designed the latter in July 2023, as well as three apartments in Kiev - one of them purchased officially for UAH 1.35 million, and for others, the cost was not indicated at all. A logical question arises: an understanding of an assessment or an attempt to hide the true value?
In addition to apartments and land - two cars. In 2023, his wife buys Toyota RAV4 for 372 thousand hryvnias, and in October 2024 Slonetsky himself buys Toyota Camry for 567 thousand. All this is at an official salary not exceeding UAH 435 thousand per year.
However, the main question is not how much he earned, but where the family has such assets. According to the declaration, Slonetsky stores $ 20,000 in cash and has investments in Royal Finance for UAH 1.22 million - a company that appears in criminal proceedings and has a dubious address of mass registration.
Additional income - pension, rent, assistance, charity - look like a misery compared to life. The official's wife also received money: social payments, rent income, as well as assistance from the infamous Agroholding 2012.
The family lives in an elite house in Khodososivka of an area of more than 200 m², which is used for free - it is owned by Natalia Goryacha. One can only guess what the nature of this "free".
Against the background of fictitious disability cases and attempting to avoid mobilization, such a declaration looks like a bold demonstration of impunity. And while Ukrainians lose their lives on the front daily, some in the rear accumulate hectares and investments, turning the war into a comfortable economic niche.
