Igor Sityashenko, Deputy Director of Operation of the Housing and Non -residential Fund of Kyiv KP "Special Zhitlofund", filed a declaration with numerous violations, the total amount of which exceeds UAH 554 thousand. Such results have shown a full check of his declaration for 2023.
Among the undeclared objects - a dwelling house worth 58 thousand hryvnias, two land plots for 95 thousand and 924 hryvnias, as well as the share of the apartment owned by Sityashenko's wife - 297 thousand hryvnias. In addition, there was no communal apartment.
The Kia Sportage car estimated at 500 thousand hryvnias instead of market value of 599 thousand. Daewoo Lanos data were also made in Daewoo Lanos car.
Particular attention was paid to the inspectors: the salary received from the KP "Special Zhitlofund", indicated with a discrepancy of 101 thousand hryvnias. Sityashenko did not declare the union payments, as well as the income of his wife, which amounted to 137 thousand and 1.8 thousand hryvnias. Also, the official forgot about bank accounts: his own in Privatbank and his wife in Oschadbank, UkrSibbank and the meaning of the bank.
Since the total amount of violations has exceeded 100 subsistence minimums, this is the basis for administrative liability under Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Sityashenko is obliged to file a corrected declaration.
Recall that KP "Special Zhitlofund" regularly falls into the field of view of anti -corruption bodies due to violations in the field of procurement and declarations.
