In Kiev, the head of the department for entrepreneurship of the Desnyansk Regional State Administration Vasyl Binkovsky, who, according to the investigation, demanded 120 thousand hryvnias of bribery from the entrepreneur for "non -interruption of trade in excise goods" in the area.
This was reported by Maxim Bakhmatov, which the government has already agreed to the post of chairman of the Desnyansk Regional State Administration. According to him, the detention happened during the transfer of money, and the person involved is only part of a deeper vertical of corruption.
Bakhmatov openly stated that Binkovsky was advanced not without the participation of people from the immediate environment of the mayor of Kiev. In particular, we are talking about Arthur of the Chamber - Vitaliy Klitschko's associate, who "very much asked" to appoint Binkovsky.
In addition, the official, according to Bakhmatov, worked in "corruption" with Nicholas Zagumenny, Deputy Chairman of the Desnyansk Regional State Administration. But the son of the latter - Dmitry Zagumenny - heads the KSCA apparatus, that is, holds one of the key positions in the vertical of Klitschko.
"This is not a single story, but a typical official, covered by political roofs, collects a business cache. It must be broken," Bakhmatov summed up.
According to the investigation, Binkovsky guaranteed the entrepreneur "Green Light" for alcohol trade and other excise goods without inspections and without obstacles. For this he asked for a one -time "thanks" - 120 thousand hryvnias.
Law enforcement officers detained the official while receiving the entire amount.
Suspicions and precautions are currently being prepared. Binkovsky's detention is expected to be the beginning of a larger investigation into circuits in the capital of the RDA and the influence of persons close to the mayor on the appointment of loyal officials.
In the Desnyanskiy district of Kyiv, a very bad reputation of bureaucracy has been stored for several years: regular stories on entrepreneurs, "crushing" of MAFs and illegal trade, as well as shadow flows at the district level.
