In 2024, the head of the reservation group of Zaporizhzhya regional shopping center received UAH 3.2 million compensation from the Khmelnytsky City Council budget as a person with a group II disability among servicemen. At these funds, he purchased an apartment of 124.8 m² in a ten -storey building on the outskirts of Khmelnitsky.
This was learned from his declaration and extracts from the Register of Real Property Rights, which were investigated by Glavcom journalists.
The home was decorated for Kushniruk himself, his wife and two daughters in equal parts. The house was built on the arboretum in 2011, and according to condominium information, it has long been put into operation.

At the same time, according to the declaration, no savings - no cash nor in bank accounts - the official is not specified.
The head of Khmelnitsky Ova Sergey Turin noted that during 2024 159 families of veterans and servicemen received compensation for the purchase of housing for a total amount of more than UAH 360 million.
