Against the backdrop of permanent scandals around the work of territorial centers, Dmitry Nekrash, the chief specialist of one of the departments of the Belotserkovsky shopping center, who worked in Volodarka town, was added to the list of suspicious persons. His declaration for 2023 checked the NAPC and found serious differences - the total amount of unreliable information exceeded 1.2 million hryvnias.
The most attention was attracted by the purchase of the Porsche Cayenne car in 2011 - at the official price of only $ 7,300, or about 300 thousand hryvnias. At the time of purchase, according to NAPC estimates, the average market value of such a car was at least $ 21 thousand, which raises natural issues to the real value of the transaction and sources of funds.
However, Porsche is only the tip of the iceberg. The audit revealed that Nekrash did not declare a series of assets: in particular, a dwelling house in use, which is formally owned by another person, but used as a major place of residence, a land plot in the Kirovograd region, which he has bypassed "does not apply", and a Ford Transit car.
Particularly indicative is the episode of the KIA K5 K5 2013 for… 3000 UAH, although the specified value is about 400 thousand. And this is in April 2023. The sources of origin of funds, as well as justification of such "price", are not established in the audit. In fact, it looks like an attempt to bypass the requirements of anti -corruption legislation.
Problems have also arisen with passport data. The declaration incorrectly stated information about the foreign passports of Nekrash himself, his wife and daughter, which makes it impossible to identify them outside the country.
However, despite the amount of violations identified, the NACC was limited to the qualification of actions as an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses-and this is still a maximum that threatens the CCC employee who has not been able to explain the origin of the wealth and property.
