"After the termination of the reservation, in the absence of a prolongation of criticality by the enterprise, citizens are subject to a general mobilization procedure," the lawyer said, emphasizing the importance of compliance with the terms and procedures in this process.
The Tax Code and the JV can hand over summaries for the passage of the Military Medical Commission and further mobilization. Refusal to obtain a summons or failure to the CCC and JV may be administratively or criminal liability without valid reasons, Lobunko said.
It should be noted that even during the reservation, the conscripts may receive summons to clarify the credentials or the passage of the Military Medical Commission. In such cases, it is necessary to appear in the CCC and JV with documents confirming the booking to update the information and undergo the necessary procedures.
