Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko announced the start of a large-scale audit of all state expenditures and announced a deregulation course. The corresponding decision, she said, is a continuation of the NSDC initiative on the moratorium on business checks.

According to Sviridenko, in the formation of the government program, she holds personal meetings with ministers. Priority - economy, transparency of finances and minimization of administrative pressure.
Earlier, on July 24, the Prime Minister announced that the government approved a plan for implementing the NSDC decision, which provides for a radical reduction in administrative pressure on business. The tax and customs service should suspend inspections of low -risk companies - except for industries related to excise goods.
Also, during the month, the State Regulatory Service, together with ministries, prepares a list of permits that should be canceled or simplified.
In parallel, the Cabinet instructed the force agencies to develop a mechanism for detecting and transferring sanctions assets to the needs of defense by October 21. A digital monitoring system is also expected to be launched with mandatory quarterly viewing of solutions.
Sviridenko also announced changes to the Criminal Procedure Code. According to the new rules, only the Prosecutor General or Heads of Regional Prosecutor's Office will be able to institute criminal cases against business.
These steps not only aim to reduce the pressure on entrepreneurs, but also increase the responsibility of those who used law enforcement tools for pressure and corruption.
