The weather in April 2025 in Ukraine promises to be warm and solar than the previous months. According to the forecast of the forecaster, Igor Kibalchich, in the second month of spring, the air temperature in Ukraine will increase, and in the general country will experience moderate warming.
According to him, a significant increase in air temperature is expected in the second spring month.
"In April, a steady trend of air temperature will continue, which will be even more pronounced than in March," says the weather forecaster.
According to him, throughout Europe, the temperature is predicted quite high, compared to perennial climatic indicators. Maximum deviations from the norm are expected in Eastern and Northeastern Europe. In the mountainous regions, such as the Alps and the Carpathians, the temperature will meet the climatic norm, so there will still be sufficient snow cover.
"In the territory of Ukraine, April is expected to be warmer than the average years, but the excess of the norm will not be as significant as it was in March and will be approximately +1.5 ... +2.7 ° C compared to the norm," Kibalchich said.
Also, according to Kibalchich, the processes of growing vegetation of all plant species will accelerate, so in the case of short -term invasion of cold, it makes sense not to talk about frost, but about frosts - that is, a decrease in air temperature below 0 ° C on the background of a positive average daily temperature.
The precipitation, according to its forecast, will be distributed unevenly.
"Still, the total amount of rainfall in a month will meet the climatic norm, on the Left Bank of the country can exceed the norm by 20 - 50 %," - says the weather forecaster.
According to him, the likelihood of snow throughout April is estimated as quite low in the plain area, but in the Carpathians it will periodically see that this region is the norm for this region.

Forecasters note that the average temperature will be from 10 to 13 ° C during the month, and in the mountain regions about 6-9 ° C. According to the Hydrometeorological Center, these values exceed the average perennial standards by 1.5-2 degrees.
As for the amount of rainfall, it is expected at the level of 30-52 mm, and in the Carpathian region - in places up to 60-89 mm, which corresponds to the average indicators for this period.
