Weather forecast for January 26: mostly without precipitation, fog in places

Mostly dry weather is expected in Ukraine today. At night and in the morning, fog may form in some regions, which can make it difficult to see on the roads.

On the last Sunday of January, Ukraine will be cloudy with clearings, without precipitation, reports the Ukrhydrometeorological center. At night and in the morning, fog is possible in parts of the western and northern regions. The wind is mainly southerly, 5-10 m/s, in the Carpathians - strong gusts up to 15-20 m/s.

The temperature at night will range from 3° of heat to 2° of frost, in the Carpathians it is expected to be from 0° to -5°. During the day, the temperature in most regions will rise to 4-9°C, in the southwest and Crimea — to 7-12°C. In the eastern regions, the temperature will range from 1° to 6° of heat.

Such a warm and relatively calm period will allow Ukrainians to enjoy rain-free days, although low visibility due to fog should be expected in the west and north.

Weather in Kyiv and the region

In the Kyiv region on Sunday, January 26, it will be cloudy with clearings, without precipitation. The air in the region will warm up to +9°C. The wind is southerly, 5-10 meters per second.

"Weather forecast for January 26 on the territory of Kyiv region. Cloudy with clearings, no precipitation. The temperature at night is from 3°С of heat to 2°С of frost, during the day it is 4-9°С of heat; in Kyiv at night it will be 0-2°C, during the day it will be 6-8°C," the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center said in a statement.

We will remind you that unusually warm weather is prevailing in Ukraine, and weather forecasters are predicting a further rise in temperature. In some regions of the country, at the end of January, thermometers will rise to +12...+15°C, which is abnormal for this time of year.
