On Thursday, November 14, precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow is forecast in Ukraine, according to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center. Light rain is expected in the southern regions, and in the west of the country, in places - fog at night and in the morning.

- Temperature : At night from 0°C to +5°C, during the day from +4°C to +9°C, and in the territory of Crimea the temperature will rise to +12°C.
- Kyiv and region : Cloudy weather with light wet snow at night and rain during the day. Temperature at night from +3°C to -2°C, during the day – from 0°C to +5°C, in Kyiv – from +1°C to +3°C.
- Western regions : Light precipitation is expected, mostly wet snow, and in Precarpathia and Transcarpathia - no precipitation during the day. Temperature from +3°C to -2°C at night and up to +5°C during the day.
- Carpathians : Light snow at night, no precipitation during the day. Temperature at night from -1°C to -6°C, during the day around 0°C.

Forecasters warn of icy roads in western regions. Winds will prevail from the west at a speed of 3-8 m/s.
