The prosecutor received 1.56 million hryvnias in salary for the year. His wife Inna Lukyanenko, who works at the Prosecutor General's Office, declared 998 thousand hryvnias in income.
In addition, Viktor Lukyanenko indicated in his declaration a cash gift from his wife in the amount of 208 thousand hryvnias, as well as income from property rental in the amount of 32.4 thousand hryvnias.
The family lives partly in Kyiv, where they rent an apartment, but the main real estate is concentrated in the Mykolaiv region. In particular, the prosecutor owns a house with an area of 117 square meters in the village of Vradiivka, purchased back in 2006. He also owns two garages and land plots with a total area of over 5 hectares in the Vradiivska and Veselinivska communities.
In May 2024, Lukyanenko purchased another house with an area of 53.4 square meters in the village of Veselinovo for 315.6 thousand hryvnias. During the same period, he bought several land plots in this settlement, the largest of which, with an area of over 5 hectares, cost 170 thousand hryvnias.
The family's vehicles include a 2006 Nissan Primera, purchased in 2016 for 20,000 hryvnias, as well as a 2020 Spark SP125C-2C motorcycle, which belongs to his wife.
In May 2025, the prosecutor purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 for 630 thousand hryvnias, which he jointly owns with his wife. The average market value of similar cars at the time of purchase ranged from 920 thousand to over a million hryvnias, which may indicate differences in the condition of the car or the terms of the deal.
The family's monetary assets also include cash: $7,000 from the prosecutor himself and 100,000 hryvnia from his wife.
Thus, the declaration demonstrates the family's substantial income, as well as a significant amount of real estate and assets, concentrated mainly in the Mykolaiv region.
