The specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office (SAP) sent an indictment to the court against the prosecutor of the General Prosecutor's Office. The basis for this was the results of a pre-trial investigation conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU).

In July 2024, the OGP prosecutor was exposed to $ 170,000. undue benefit. According to the investigation, the accused through the intermediary received a bribe from the entrepreneur for closing criminal proceedings for illegal alienation by officials of property in favor of a private company, as well as the removal of arrest from the property.
The indictment under Part 4 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code was sent to the Wax for consideration on the merits.
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
