Hidden "annexation": will pro-Russian Khidiryan's agricultural holding "own" the de-occupied village in the Kyiv region for another 7 years?

In the village of Rudnya in the Kyiv region, landowners are offered to renegotiate lease agreements with a company from the orbit of the pro-Russian agrarian Khidiryan for another 7 years.

Is the owner of the large agricultural holding AGR Group, Misak Khidiryan, "annexing" land in the Brovary district of Kyiv region? Residents of the de-occupied village of Rudnya of the Velikodymersk STG contacted the editors of StopCor, who are encouraged to renegotiate lease contracts with one of the holding's companies for another 7 years - the representatives of the community are concerned about the alleged pro-Russian ties of the ultimate beneficiaries.

his structures are known for , and whether the interests of the Russian Federation and the hidden "annexation" of lands in the capital region could really be behind the seven-year extension of lease agreements.

Rudnya is a small village in the Velikodymer settlement community of Brovarsky district of Kyiv region, the population of which, according to official data, is 1,910 people, and the total area of land within the administrative boundaries of the former Rudnya village council reaches almost 3 thousand hectares. The settlement is part of the Veliky Dimer Autonomous District - from March 7 to April 1, 2022, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fought direct battles against the Russian occupiers on this territory.

What is happening in Rudna now?

As residents of the village told journalists, shares in this territory are currently being leased from local landowners by the company "Treidagropostach-200" LLC, which, according to the information and analytical platform YouControl, is part of Misak Khidiryan's AGR Group. However, most lease contracts expire in 2025, and people are already being offered to renegotiate agreements with another company - Mega Management Project LLC - for at least another year (according to current legislation, this is the minimum possible term for such contracts ).

It is noteworthy that the director of both companies is the same person - Davit Avagyan.
And they are registered at the same address: Kyiv region, Brovarskyi district, Tarasivka village, str. January 9, building 1-G. The founder in both cases is Cypriot AGR Invest Holding LTD, and the final beneficiary is Armenian citizen Misak Khidiryan. In addition, both firms appear in a number of criminal proceedings from 2021-2023 - in particular, regarding crimes against property, against the environment, against the authority of state authorities, local self-government bodies, citizen associations, and crimes against journalists. And also in the field of official activity and professional activity related to the provision of public services. In other words, the current lessee company is replaced by its almost identical "twin". Why and why does it bother the community so much?

If you carefully consider one of the criminal cases in which the above-mentioned companies are being investigated (namely, the one in which the participants are charged with crimes against the authority of state authorities, local self-government bodies, under number 757/21311/23-k), you can see that it directly concerns another legal entity - the limited liability company "Pyriatynskyi Delicacies".

According to open data, this company, whose revenue reaches almost 2.5 billion UAH, is registered in the village of Deimanivka, Lubensky District, Poltava Oblast.
It is currently owned by the British limited liability partnership "Beverlife", and the final beneficiary is the Bulgarian Ivan Teodorov Valchev. The director is Rafael Ananyan, who was previously listed as a Russian as the final beneficiary of "Haivshchyna-Agro" LLC (in a state of termination) from the same, already familiar holding "AGR Group". According to data from open sources, "Pyryatinsky delicacy" feeds the workers of "AGR Group". In addition, this company has a rather dubious reputation.

Back in 2019, the AMCU imposed a record fine of almost a billion hryvnias on a number of enterprises that "rigged" tenders for food for the military. Among the "lucky ones" was a company from Poltava region - LLC "Pyryatynskyi Delicacies". And in 2021, investigative colleagues from "Our Money" revealed a whole "scheme" with the purchase of food rations for the army.

But the most interesting thing is that one of the first directors of "Pyryatinsky delicacy" at the dawn of the 2010s was Artak Khidiryan (probably the son of Misak Khidiryan), the historical founder was Tamara Khidiryan, a citizen of the Russian Federation, and her business partner and co-founder was the odious Dzhivan Mamoyan.
different What made Jivan Mamoyan "famous"?
StopCor already reported that at the beginning of January in the capital, SBU employees arrested the owner of a large agricultural holding that supplied food products to the occupation forces on the left bank of the Kherson region. According to the Ukrainian edition of Forbes, the businessman detained in Kyiv was the founder of Maurice Kakhovka LLC Dzhivan Mamoyan.

As the security forces informed, the agricultural company under the control of the figure is one of the leading financial donors in the southern region for the Russian "Fund for the Support of SVO Participants", created by Putin's decree in April 2023.
different In addition to two enterprises in Lyubimivka, Kherson Region, Dzhivan Mamoyan was a co-founder of the company "Pyriatinsky Delicatessen" together with Tamara Khidiryan. In addition, Mamoyan had two FOPs in Kyiv for retail trade from trays and markets. Misak Khidiryan himself is accused of an alleged pro-Russian position.
According to information and analytical platforms, Khidiryan is listed as a citizen of Armenia in Ukrainian registers. However, according to some mass media, an agribusinessman may have other passports. In particular, Hungary, whose head of government Viktor Orban is known for his sympathy for the Russian Federation. In June 2023 (that is, at the height of the second year of the great war), Misak allegedly went on a foreign tour, the purpose of which was to obtain a "passport of one of the countries of the European Union."

In addition, as early as 2021, Khidiryan was publicly accused of involvement in one of the most powerful conversion centers of Ukraine, through which funds were transferred to ORDLO. And his brother Samvel Khidiryan, who now "ensures the security" of the AGR Group holding, allegedly lived in Moscow for a long time and had Russian citizenship.

And how do the representatives of AGR Group and the Khidiryan family comment on these accusations?

We contacted the press service of the holding through the e-mail indicated on the official website and Misak Khidiryan himself through the page on the LinkedIn social network and are currently waiting for a response in order to clarify the public position of their side.

Is it true that the invaders, who were unable to retain control over the lands of Kyiv Oblast by military means, are now trying to "annex" them quietly, through controlled and close business structures? Representatives of the active community of the village of Rudnya believe that this may indeed be the case. And the analytical study conducted by the StopCoru team confirms that these fears have certain grounds, which should interest the competent authorities for further thorough examination of the situation.
