The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) revealed large -scale violations in the declaration of the head of accounting, personnel and archival work of the Department of Engineering Protection of the City and Development of the coast of the Odessa City Council of Olena Prikonkova. The official did not declare the property, income and business with a total value of UAH 4.89 million, which was the basis for the opening of criminal proceedings.

- Apartment in Kryzhanivka village (Odessa district), 44.7 square meters. m, purchased in 2022, estimated cost - 609 thousand UAH.
- Apartment in Odessa (74.8 square meters), half of which belongs to the son of an official. Its cost - 890 thousand UAH. The Prick not only did not declare the ownership of a relative, but also did not indicate that she was using housing.
- Non -residential premises in the Odessa region (1.2 thousand square meters), leased since 2022.
The official also did not specify in the declaration of 8 land plots with a total area of more than 450 thousand square meters. m in the Nikolaev and Odessa regions. Among them:
- 92 684 square meters. m in the Nikolaev area - 126 660 UAH
- 71 345 square meters. m in the Nikolaev area - 97 499 UAH
- 79 857 square meters. m in the Nikolaev area - 210 945 UAH
- 54 360 square meters. m in the Nikolaev area - 118 315 UAH
- 39 603 square meters. m in the Nikolaev area - 98 812 UAH
- 95 147 square meters. m in the Nikolaev area - 255 484 UAH
- 20 000 square meters. m in the Odessa region - 680 640 UAH
- Another plot of 20,000 square meters. m - 49 860 UAH
Expensive cars were also not included in the declaration:
- Land Rover Range Rover (2011) - 300 thousand UAH
- SCANIA R440 truck (2012) - only 5 thousand UAH
- The information about Audi (2014), which the official sold in 2023, remained in the declaration, although the real ownership has already been lost.
In addition to real estate and car, the official owns business shares that also did not specify in the declaration:
- 33.3% of Techinvesttrade LLC worth 500 thousand UAH
- 33% FG "Agro-Patriot" worth 33 thousand UAH
In addition, Prikonkov is the ultimate beneficial owner of Techinvesttrade LLC, but this information has not been reported.
According to Privatbank, in 2023, a large amount of individuals, which she did not specify in the declaration:
- 249 950 UAH from Oksana Deliergieva
- 100 000 UAH from Valentine Kalinina
- 81 492 UAH from Valery Mishchenko
- 201 470 UAH from Bohdan Skrytsky
- 277 394 UAH from an unknown source
Also, no income from the sale of Audi Q5 in the amount of 5 thousand UAH.
The total amount of hidden property and income exceeds 500 subsistence minimums, which is the basis for criminal prosecution under Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code.
The Prikonkova has already filed a corrected declaration, but this does not explain the origin of its large wealth. The NAPC has submitted the investigation materials to the law enforcement agencies, and the official threatens the trial.
