Princess Beatrice is the daughter of the second son of the late Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. She is a frequent guest of social gatherings, lives in the castle and has all the privileges of a member of the Royal Family. Ukraine also has its own Beatrice, although her father is only a former village deputy from the Party of Regions in Transcarpathia. But she has castles , expensive jewelry, and, of course, the opportunity to visit the most expensive resorts in the world. This is Beatrysa Mykolaivna Grechenyuk, whose father, Mykola Grechenyuk, is a simple owner of the FOP from the village of Pidvynogradiv, who wins almost all state tenders for repairs and clearing of roads in the Vynogradiv district of the Zakarpattia region.
In 2010, Mykola Grechenyuk became a deputy of the Pidvynohradiv village council, which after the administrative-territorial reform is part of the Vynohradiv city-territorial community.
The population of the village is about 4,000 people. At the time of the elections, Grechenyuk noted that he was a private entrepreneur. In 2009, he registered FON Mykola Vasylyovych Grechenyuk with the main types of activity – road freight transport and specialized construction works. For example, in January 2024, Grechenyuk's FOP won a tender for snow removal services on the territory of Vynogradivska OTG for 400,000 hryvnias.
He was the only participant. The term of service is from January to December of this year. But it is certain that Grechenyuk will need to remove the snow for at most 3-4 months a year. A similar tender, but already for 600,000 hryvnias, was won by FOP Grechenyuk in 2023.
Then he was also the only participant. But Grechenyuk was lucky enough to win the most expensive tender in the fall of 2018.
It concerned the capital repair of a little less than 2 km of road in the urban-type village of Vylok, which is located close to the border with Hungary. Its cost reached 746 thousand hryvnias. The village of Pidvynogradiv, where Mykola Grechenyuk lives, is quite well known in narrow circles. It is located 11 kilometers from the Hungarian border and 12 kilometers from the Romanian border. In 2018, the journalists of "Ukrainian Pravda" filmed a story about how the richest Roma settlement in Transcarpathia lives here. "Wrought iron gates with gilding, towers, arched windows, marble columns and stairs - this pathetic part of Pidvynogradov is often compared with Kyiv's Koncha-Zaspa or Rublyovka near Moscow," the report says.
In 2015, when Grechenyuk was a deputy of the village council from the Party of Regions, his relatives and close relatives received at least four plots of land in Pidvynohradov. In this way, they exercised their right to free land, guaranteed to every Ukrainian by the Constitution. Thus, according to the decision of the village council, Beatrysa Mykolaivna Grechenyuk (daughter), Mykhailo Vasyliovych Grechenyuk (brother), Mykhailo Mykhailovych Krainer (according to the media, Grechenyuk's driver), Marianna Oleksandrivna Krainer (Grechenyuk's driver's wife) received the plot. Courts regarding the allocation of these land plots continued until 2021. But these persons still defended their right to the land.
Mykola Grechenyuk himself owns four plots of land and a house in Pidvynohradov.
His daughter Beatrice has a total of three plots and her own estate. In addition to FOP, Mykola Grechenyuk is also the founder of "Ligaspetsbud" LLC, which is also lucky with tenders.
Thus, according to "Prozoro" data, this firm was a participant in at least 124 tenders and in total won contracts worth about 370 million hryvnias. To be honest, the sums are not too exorbitant when compared with other "tender portals".
But this does not prevent Mykola Grechenyuk's daughter Beatrice (or Beatrix, as she is referred to in the registers) to live her best life here and now. Hermes bags, a Porshe car, holidays in Paris, Dubai, Sardinia and ski resorts, jewelry from the world's most expensive brands.
Beatrice shows all this on her Instagram, keeping up with her girlfriends, among whom is Olga, the sister of the disgraced army embezzler Roman Hrynkevich, and Alla Baranovska, the ex-wife of People's Deputy from "Servant of the People" Mykola Tyshchenko. Beatrice's husband is an equally well-known personality.
Andrii Petivka is the son of People's Deputy Vasyl Petivka, who is the cousin of another People's Deputy Ivan Baloga. Although the Petovki have a long-standing hatred for the Balogs, this does not prevent both families from ruling their native land with a special scale. Thus, in 2008, the Mukachevo City Council leased the most famous castle in Transcarpathia, Palanok, to Petivka's wife's company. It is likely that Beatriza Grechenyuk may well have her own rooms in it, like a "real princess".
In her Instagram, Grechenyuk's daughter also indicates that she is an interior designer. In particular, she showed her subscribers her home, the design of which she allegedly made herself. Another business of Beatrice is the restaurant Darlin' restobar in Mukachevo. The menu includes sumptuous dishes such as Filet Mignon with foie gras and expensive wines.
Beatrysa's husband, Andriy Petivka, owns a car business, and he unsuccessfully ran for office in Mukachevo from the "Native Zakarpattia" party.
In June 2022, at the height of Russia's war against Ukraine, People's Deputy Vasyl Petivka asked the leadership of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration for a 3-month travel permit for his son. Of course, the possibility of leaving was reinforced by the fact that Andrii Petivka is supposedly a volunteer from the "Nasha Palayanytsia" Charitable Foundation. In the list of those for whom Vasyl Petyevka requested permission, you can also see his suitor - Mykola Grechenyuk. The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption drew up an administrative report on Petivka regarding the order of these passes for traveling abroad. But after the assurances that both the son and the father-in-law returned to Ukraine with volunteer help, the NAZK no longer had any complaints against him.
In July 2022, when the above-mentioned passes were valid, Beatrysa Grechenyuk gave birth to a daughter, so it can be assumed that at that time the father and husband asked for permission to travel abroad not for volunteering, but to buy gifts for a family holiday.
But Beatrysa Grechenyuk went on the most luxurious trip, judging by Instagram, in September 2023. A woman with her daughter, and possibly her husband, were vacationing in Italy. And not just somewhere in a hotel, but in a real palace.
The natives of Transcarpathia have long been able to impress with their attraction to luxury , gilding and the like. But what can be seen on the pages of social networks of the daughter of the former village deputy and the wife of the son of the people's deputy will easily surprise the most famous socialites of the world. Here it would be worth thinking about whether all this good is not bought at the expense of contraband, which is imported by tons through the Transcarpathian region. After all, Transcarpathia is the leader among the regions of Ukraine in the supply of undeclared goods.
