PrivatBank pleased Ukrainians with an innovation: you don't even have to stand in line

PrivatBank, one of the leading banks in Ukraine, introduces an innovation for its customers that makes the process of receiving foreign currency even more convenient. Now Ukrainians can withdraw funds in foreign currency without the need to open a separate currency account.

The initiative allows customers to apply to receive dollars or euros from their hryvnia account through the Privat24 application, by calling 3700 or by visiting the nearest bank branch. It is important to take into account that the minimum amount of the application must be at least 20,000 hryvnias or the equivalent of 300 dollars/euro, and the amount can be a multiple of 100.

Customers can choose a convenient branch and date for receiving currency, noting that the transaction should not exceed 100,000 hryvnias per day. It is important to note that this service is provided free of charge, and the currency exchange rate is determined at the time of application in accordance with the bank rate.

The innovation will simplify the process of obtaining foreign currency for PrivatBank clients, avoiding the need to stand in lines or open separate accounts to exchange hryvnias for dollars or euros.
