PrivatBank announced the temporary suspension of payments via the Privat24 platform for individuals on the night of January 26, 2025. This is due to planned routine maintenance that the bank will perform to ensure the stable operation of its services.
According to the official statement, technical work will begin at midnight (00:00) and will last until 5 a.m. During this period, all customer payments via Privat24 will be unavailable.
PrivatBank explains that such work is necessary for the smooth functioning of the digital bank and the security of transactions. The bank intentionally carries out these updates at night, when customer activity is lowest, in order to minimize inconvenience.
