PrivatBank introduces a fee for card delivery from 2026

PrivatBank has updated its customer service terms and announced the introduction of a fee for the delivery of payment cards. Previously, this service was provided free of charge, but from January 1, 2026, bank customers will have to pay for receiving cards when they are reissued.

Currently, card delivery in Ukraine and to 48 countries around the world is free of charge. The new rules stipulate that delivery within Ukraine will cost 80 hryvnias including VAT. The cost of international delivery will depend on the country of destination, and the bank will inform customers about the exact rates for each country.

PrivatBank has postponed the introduction of the delivery fee several times, but has now finally set the start date - January 1, 2026. Clients are recommended to plan card reissues in advance to avoid additional costs in the first days of the new year.
