The rocket attack that took place in Odesa on March 15 became the most massive in terms of the number of victims. According to data, 20 people were killed due to the Russian attack, which was reported by the head of the Odesa regional military-civilian administration Oleg Kiperu in his Telegram channel.
As of the morning of March 16, 40 people who suffered from the attack are in hospitals, nine of them are in serious condition.
Today in the Odesa region, a day of mourning was announced in connection with the death due to a rocket attack by the Russian invaders.
"Today we are declaring a day of mourning in the city and region because of the 20 deaths as a result of the most massive Russian terrorist attack in Odesa in terms of the number of victims. Once again, I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims," said Kiper.
Yesterday, March 15, the Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Odesa . After the arrival of rescuers and medics at the scene of shelling, the Russians struck the city again.
The attack was carried out by "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles. As a result of enemy shelling, a three-story building of the recreation complex was destroyed, at least 10 private houses, a car service station, a gas pipeline, ambulances and vehicles of the State Emergency Service were damaged.
According to local authorities, 75 people were injured as a result of the attack, 20 of them died. Among the victims are a rescue worker, a medic and a policeman.
