On the morning of April 14, Russian troops attacked a civilian enterprise in the Saltov district of Kharkiv, struck by a drone. According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, a large -scale fire on an area of more than a thousand square meters occurred as a result of the attack.
According to preliminary data, the enemy drone struck warehouses with food. The explosion occurred at 05:31, after the stream of the UAV was recorded above the city.
“A civilian enterprise was under the blow. In place of hit - a fire. Information about the possible victims is clarified, ”Terekhov said.
He later reported that there were no dead and wounded, but several private homes near the enterprise were damaged by an explosive wave.
The fire was promptly localized by rescuers. Currently, work is underway to eliminate the effects of attack and evaluate the damage caused.
This is not the first case of aiming strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv. The city, which is in the area of reach of Russian drones and rockets, is constantly being fired, including objects of critical infrastructure, residential buildings and enterprises.
