A unique car was spotted in Kyiv — a six-door Volvo 940 limousine, manufactured in 1992. This rare specimen has aroused admiration among car enthusiasts and collectors.
A rare version of the 1992 Volvo 940 in a limousine body was photographed in Kyiv. Only 550 of these cars were produced. Photos of the car were published on the topcars_ua page on Instagram.
The Volvo 940 limousines were manufactured by the Swedish Nilsson atelier. The car was lengthened by about a meter, and a third pair of doors was added.
The interior has three rows of seats and is upholstered in leather. Volvo limousines were usually equipped with a TV, telephone and minibar.
Under the hood of the Volvo 940 Nilsson is a 2.3-liter gasoline engine. In different years, it was offered in versions with power from 118 to 170 horsepower.
This Volvo 940 Nilsson is in poor condition. Its paintwork is cracked and peeling in places, and there are visible scratches on the bodywork.
The fact is that the car was being used quite actively for purposes other than its intended purpose. A few years ago, this very Volvo limousine was seen at the market in Brovary. Sellers were using it to deliver products to their retail outlets.
