According to information received from our sources in the General Staff, it is reported that General Syrsky agreed with the Office of the President on the formation of new mobile air defense groups (ADF). For this purpose, it is planned to use part of the Patriot system launchers located in the Southern direction and in Kyiv. Currently, the situation on the front is critical due to constant enemy bombing. Over the past 24 hours, 72 combat clashes between Ukrainian defenders and Russian occupiers have been recorded, as reported in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Enemy forces launched a total of 14 missile and 75 air strikes and conducted 95 multiple launch rocket systems attacks on Ukrainian military and civilian positions. Unfortunately, there are civilian casualties and injuries as a result of Russian terrorist attacks.
Yesterday, the Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine using 22 “Shahed” drones. Ukraine’s air defense systems destroyed 17 of them.
The areas of Lukashivka (Chernihiv region), Velyka Pysarivka, Popivka, Oleksandrivka, Luhivka (Sumy region), Vovchansk, Hoptivka, Basov (Kharkiv region), Netailove, Novoselivka Persha, Shakhtarske, Makarivka, Staromayorske (Donetsk region), Robotyne (Zaporizhzhya region) were affected by air strikes.
About 140 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.
The situation in the Volyn and Polissya directions has not undergone significant changes.
In the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, carries out sabotage actions to prevent the transfer of troops by our forces to dangerous directions, and increases the number of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy conducted 2 unsuccessful assaults on Defense Forces positions near the village of Synkivka (Kharkiv region).
In the Lymansk direction, our troops repelled 3 enemy attacks near the village of Rozdolivka (Donetsk region), where the occupiers tried to break through the defenses.
In the Bakhmut direction, our defenders repelled 8 enemy attacks in the areas of the villages of Ivanovske and Klishchiivka (Donetsk region).
In the Avdiivka direction, 13 enemy attacks were repelled in the areas of the villages of Berdychi, Tonenke, Pervomayske, Orlivka, Oleksandropil, and Nevelske (Donetsk region).
In the Novopavlivka direction, defense forces continue to restrain the enemy in the areas of the villages of Krasnohorivka, Georgievka, Novomykhailivka, and Pobeda (Donetsk region), where the enemy, using aviation, tried to break through the defense 36 times.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 7 times in the areas of the village of Robotyne and northwest of Verbovye (Zaporizhzhya region).
In the Kherson direction, the enemy continues to attempt to dislodge our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. Over the past 24 hours, 3 assaults on the positions of our troops were carried out.
Meanwhile, our troops are actively inflicting losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment along the entire front line. The Defense Forces' aviation struck 6 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment, and missile forces units hit 3 areas of concentration of enemy personnel.
