The staff of territorial recruitment centers (TCC) has exceeded 100 thousand employees, while military commissars are not transferred to serve at the front. This was reported by our sources in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The day before, regional military commissars initiated and received permission to expand mobilization groups by 40%, which led to a significant increase in the number of personnel of the TCC.
The system of territorial recruiting centers continues to expand its staff. According to sources in the General Staff, today the structure of the TCC employs more than 100 thousand people. At the same time, there are no personnel rotations that would involve the transfer of military commissars to combat positions.
The key factor in the growth in numbers was the increase in mobilization groups in the regions. According to sources, regional military commissars appealed to the General Staff with the initiative to increase the personnel resource in the mobilization segment and received approval. As a result, each region increased the staff units in the mob groups by 40%.
This decision actually expanded the network of employees involved in notifying conscripts, supporting them in the process of updating data and passing the VLK, but did not create a mechanism for replacing part of the rear personnel at combat positions.
In the public sphere, the topic of the number of TCC personnel and the rotational balance between the rear and the front has repeatedly sparked discussions. Critics emphasize that, given the personnel shortage on the front lines, a logical step could be a partial rotation of trained TCC personnel to combat units. Instead, the decision made strengthened the rear link.
The General Staff has not yet made any official comments on the reasons for this distribution of personnel resources. However, military sources suggest that the increase in the number of personnel is due to the complexity of mobilization procedures and the need to strengthen control over their implementation in the regions.
