Website Introduction.ua.ua published the annual rating of Ukrainian higher education institutions on the basis of the results of the introductory campaign in 2024. The ranking takes into account the national multi -grade test (NMT), the number of entrants enrolled in the budget and the contract, as well as the number of students studying at private universities.

The highest points on the contract: who is leading?

According to the ranking, the highest points were received on the contract for the following universities:

1. Ivan Franko National University of Lviv - 154.48 points, 3471 students.
2. Ukrainian Catholic University - 153.38 points, 467 students.
3. Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - 152.57 points, 2705 students.
4. Lviv Polytechnic National University - 148.46 points, 3596 students.

In total, in 2024, more than 187 thousand entrants for budget and contract places were enrolled in Ukrainian higher education institutions.

The highest scores on the budget: who occupies leadership positions?

In budget places, the highest average NMT scores at the following universities:

1. Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - 165.81 points, 2375 students.
2. NTUU “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” - 162.25 points, 2878 students.
3. University of Kyiv School of Economics - 161.16 points, 58 students.
4. Lviv Polytechnic National University - 160.82 points, 2422 students.

Private Universities: How many entrants have you chosen training in private institutions?

The largest number of entrants to private universities in 2024 was recorded in the following institutions:

1. International Humanities University - 785 students.
2. Kyiv University of Culture - 696 students.
3. Lviv Trade and Economic University-676 students.
4. King Danylo University - 667 students.

Number of budget entities and contract

The rating of universities by the number of entrants to budget places is as follows:

1. NTUU “Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute” - 2878 students.
2. Lviv Polytechnic National University - 2422 students.
3. Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - 2375 students.

The contract is leading:

1. Lviv Polytechnic National University - 3596 students.
2. Ivan Franko National University of Lviv - 3471 students.
3. State Trade and Economic University-3019 students.

This rating helps future entrants and educators to focus on choosing a university, understanding which educational institutions choose the strongest students and which universities have the most budgetary places.
