The rematch between Ukrainian champion Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs) and Briton Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs), which will take place on July 19 in London, is unlikely to last all 12 rounds. This is the prediction made by bookmaker analysts.
The odds for the fight to end early are 1.61. Usyk's victory by knockout, technical knockout or disqualification of the opponent is estimated at 2.10. The probability of the Ukrainian winning by decision of the judges is 2.75.
Recall, the first fight between Usyk and Dubois took place in August 2023 in Wroclaw. Then the Ukrainian won in the ninth round after a controversial episode in the fifth three minutes, when the opponent struck a blow to the stomach. The judge declared it prohibited, which caused dissatisfaction from the British side. The appeal of Dubois' team was rejected.
On the eve of the rematch, the boxers had a duel of views at Wembley Stadium, during which Dubois pushed Usyk. The Ukrainian reacted calmly to the provocation. It also became known that the artificial intelligence Grok predicted the round in which the fight would end and pointed out Usyk's main vulnerability.
