The wife of the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Volodymyr Prokopiv, purchased a new 2025 Audi S6 Avant e-tron electric car at the end of 2024. The cost of the car, according to the official's declaration, is 4.05 million hryvnias.
This is reported by the MediaHub publication.
As stated in the financial documents, part of the purchase funds — 1.96 million hryvnias — were raised in the form of a loan from one of the Ukrainian banks. The rest was likely formed by the sale of the previous 2019 Audi e-tron car, from which the declared income was almost 2 million hryvnias, or other family income.
According to open data from automotive platforms, the Audi S6 Avant e-tron belongs to the premium segment of electric cars and is distinguished by high performance, fast charging and a significant range. The model also has advanced comfort - in particular, four-zone climate control, ventilation and heating of the seats, as well as a massage function for the front passengers.
In addition, the declaration indicates another car - a 2022 BMW X5, registered to the company "VP Group", which, according to the documents, is controlled by the official's wife.
At the same time, the declaration includes income from abroad for Vira Prokopiv. Since 2022, she has been receiving refugee assistance from the German Federal Employment Agency. The total amount of such payments in recent years has been 1.39 million hryvnias.
In addition, since the start of the full-scale war, the official's wife has declared over 6 million hryvnias in income in the form of wages from the German outpatient care service.
It is also known that Prokopiv's family — his wife and three children — has been living in Germany since 2022, where they use housing.
Against this background, it is worth recalling that in April 2025, Volodymyr Prokopiv was served with a suspicion in the case of organizing the illegal transfer of military conscripts abroad. Later, the court canceled the preventive measure in the form of 24-hour house arrest, and at the end of 2024, the official returned to his duties at the Kyiv City State Administration.
Previously, journalists also reported on the acquisition of real estate in Kyiv by Prokopiv's family and entourage, some of which, according to investigations, could be transferred to private ownership at undervalued prices.
