Usyk and Fury's rematch: everything you need to know about the main fight of the year

Oleksandr Usyk, the unified heavyweight champion of the world, is preparing for a grand rematch with Tyson Fury. The Ukrainian boxer (22-0, 14 KOs) will put all his titles on the line - WBC, WBA, WBO and The Ring, and will also seek to once again prove his superiority over the Briton (34-1-1, 24 KOs).

Date and place of the fight

The second bout between the two titleholders will take place on Saturday, December 21 at the Kongdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The broadcast is scheduled to start at 01:00 Kyiv time on Sunday, December 22.

The previous fight between Usyk and Fury, which took place on May 18, ended with the victory of the Ukrainian by split decision of the judges. Oleksandr won the title of absolute world champion in super heavyweight, becoming the first Ukrainian to achieve this in this category.

After a tense first meeting, in which Usyk dominated the ring and almost knocked Fury out, analysts are betting on the Ukrainian. Bookmakers rate Oleksandr's chances of winning at odds of 1.53. At the same time, the British victory has a coefficient of 2.50, and a draw is considered unlikely - with an indicator of 15.00.

This fight is not only about belts, but also about reputation. For Usyk, this is a chance to consolidate his status as the best heavyweight boxer in the world. For Fury, it is an opportunity to regain the titles and rehabilitate after the defeat in May.
