The Russian Federation attacked Ukrainian satellite broadcasting

The TV channel "1+1" announced the attack of the Russian Federation on satellite broadcasting of Ukraine, as a result of which the TV broadcast from the satellite was stopped.

"There have been repeated attempts to jam Ukraine's satellite broadcasting on Astra 4A 11766 H transponder, which broadcasts 39 TV channels, including its own and partner TV channels 1+1 media, in particular 1+1 Ukraine, 1+1 Marathon, 2+2, TET, PLUSPLUS, Bihudi, KVARTAL TV and others. Currently, the broadcast is temporarily suspended until the problem is resolved," the message reads.

It is noted that Russia began actively jamming the satellite signal of Ukrainian TV channels from the beginning of March.

"1+1" considers this an attempt to "disorient Ukrainian society."
