This morning, Russian troops launched another attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia. This time, a residential block was hit, which caused significant destruction and casualties among the civilian population. According to preliminary data, the number of wounded has increased to five people, among whom there are women and elderly people.
It is known beforehand that six people were injured as a result of the attack. This was announced by the head of the Zaporizhzhya OVA, Ivan Fedorov.
In addition, the blast wave caused significant damage to houses located near the impact site. In particular, the windows of the houses were broken, and the facades and roofs were damaged.
"Russia struck a residential quarter in Zaporizhzhia. Previously, one person was injured. Nearby houses were damaged by the blast wave," the message reads.
As of 10:30, the number of victims has increased to six. A 49-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman are in serious condition. Three more people have injuries of medium severity. Doctors provide them with all the necessary help.
